The recently opened Merkato 55 features African cuisine from countries including South Africa, Ethiopia and Senegal. The owner, Ethiopia-born Marcus Samuelsson, is best known for his work at Aquavit, a Scandinavian restaurant. If you?ve ever been curious about African food or dying to find authentic & tasty African cuisine then this is the place for you!
