From Crystal City with Love... 21 WEEKS OF 007 FILM FEST
May 5th - September 22, Crystal City will be showing Bond films outdoors, on the big screen, every Monday... in sequential order! And the Weekly Dinner Meetup will be at select showings!!!
Grab a picnic basket and blanket and join us Monday, May 19 for GOLDFINGER, the third film in the James Bond series. Based on the 1959 book by Ian Fleming, this movie is almost universally acknowledged as setting the blueprint for all future Bond films. Sean Connery, the Aston Martin DB5, Oddjob, P*$$y Galore, and some of the most memorable lines in movie history... "Do you expect me to talk?" "No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!" No wonder so many Bond fans list Goldfinger as one of the best in the series!!!
We'll be meeting close to 7:00 - rain or shine (except severe inclement weather). The movie will start at sundown and is shown in the courtyard at 18th and Bell - across from the Crystal City metro and Marriott. Our group will meet PROMPTLY at 7 in front of a James Bond painted airplane located directly in front of the courtyard, near the street sidewalk. Please note that grills, umbrellas, and pets are prohibited.

Parking: Free parking available at the Crystal City Garages after 4 pm
