In order to accomadate our group, Flying Fish is having us pre-order Entrees so our wait will be kept to a minimum. Appetizers can be ordered when you arrive, though ordering in advance is preferred. Please indicate your choice in your RSVP so we can give to the restuarant on the afternoon of.

Shrimp Scampi (pasta)- Fresh jumbo gulf shrimp with a tart garlic and Chablis sauce, served on a bed of fresh cooked linguini with asparagus spears for a garnish. 16.99

Fresh Fish of the day - Pan-seared with a lightly spicy harrisa (Caribe style) rub, served with fresh mango/ fruit salsa and choice of side with vegetable du jour. 18.99

Our famous premium lump crab cakes served with choice of side andVegetable of the day.25.99

Sushi deluxe- (rolls - nigiri )- chef's choice and beautifully put together. 20.50

Vegetarian Sushi entree- Chef's delicious vegetarian arrangement garnished beautifully. $14.99

Shrimp and Grits- Jumbo head on shrimp with shalloted polenta. A beautiful presentation. 17.99

Steak A? la Sang- Prime 12 oz New York Strip grilled and then sliced thin and served with our house made Bourdelliase and Ponzu sauces for dipping. Served with Red Bliss Dijon potatoes and Veg. of the day. 21.99

With 1,800+ members and limited seating, we cannot afford no-shows ? it's unfair to the other members who would like to attend and also to the organizers who have to explain to the restaurant why the reserved # of guests didn't show. No-Show rules apply.

3. Event already full?, waitlist for the event!. RSVP as "NO" saying you'd like to be added to the waitlist. Also, check back regularly [as attendees have been known to cancel up to Noon the day of the event].

4. Billing [add 30% tax/tip to your bill]. Remember, include the required 30% for tip / tax in addition to the food / beverages you order as defined in our FAQs.
