This yoga teacher training embarks you on a profound journey of self-discovery; empowers you to become the best person you can be; offers a holistic, well rounded,comprehensive training to build a foundation upon which to teach the ancient art & healing practice of yoga. You do not need to have the desire to become a yoga instructor to participate. This program is open to all interested in deeping their practice & learning the fundamentals of teaching hatha yoga. The program meets the current guidelines of the Yoga Alliance for course content & scoop allowing students who successfully complete the training program to register with Yoga Alliance for RYT( registered yoga teacher) recognition in Hatha Yoga.

Course topics include: Daily Yoga practice, history and evolution of Yoga, meditation and mantras, sanskrit for Yoga teachers, anatomy, yogic diet, ayurveda, pranayama (breathwork), Intensive study and practice of asanas (postures), assisting and modification of poses, Observation of and assisting of classes, practice teaching, and many other topics are included, as well

Dates: May 30- Aug 16- Saturdays & Sundays only! 8.30am-5.30pm
