There's been a lot of discussion about doing something different, so this month we're going to do Cuban food in Somerville. I'm dying to find out how this place compares to the only other Cuban place I've been to, Cuban Pete's in Montclair.

I've moved this dinner to Friday the 18th since several members said that would be a better date for them.

We found a nice wine store on just down the street from here, and since Martino's is BYOB... ;-)

    The 18th is Rosh Hashonah - one of the holiest days in the Jewish year. Not a good day for dining out for anyone of the Jewish persuasion. Maybe next time.

      “ My food selections were terrific. Service was quick. Informal atmosphere. Lots of birthday dinners going on during our dinner...Also, it's BYOB, which is always nice.... I'd love to go back again soon! :):) ”
