What is one of your favorite wineries?

What is your favorite cuisine?

I love French cuisine from the Toulouse/Carcassonne areas of France. I also love southern and comfort foods. It's actually hard to find something I dislike.

If you had the chance, which chef would you like to cook with?

Mario Batali - He's a master at taking very basic ingredients and make them taste absolutely wonderful.
