We are confirmed for bottling our wine. The date is August 3rd and the approximate time is 1:00pm. Please keep in mind that there will be people bottling ahead of us and behind us.


It's important to be on time so we can start as soon as the group in front of us has completed their bottling. Sometimes they run a little ahead of schedule and sometimes 15-20 minutes behind. Because it's difficult to calculate the exact rate in which each group bottles their wine, your patience will be greatly appreciated and your punctuality is important.


If one of us cannot make the bottling phase, then you must have someone else from the group, bottle and take the wine out of the facility for you since all bottled wine needs to be taken out of MYO on August 3rd 2008.

LABELS: Personally I will not be adding labels to my wine at MYO. But there is a FREE SET or TWO so I will publish all pertaining info.
