Food·ie: (f oo-dee ) * A person who has an ardent or refined interest in food; a gourmet: "in the culinary fast lane, where surprises are expected and foodies beg to be thrilled" (Boston Globe). * n : a person devoted to refined sensuous enjoyment (especially good food and drink).

Discover new restaurants revisit favorites & meet new friends. Those with an appreciation for truly delicious food should join and break bread with fellow dining out enthusiasts. I am relatively new to the bay area and welcome suggestions on new venues as well as old favorites.

Couple of ground rules. If you are not able to make it, even if it's the day of the event or hours before, please go and update your RSVP to no. If the event is full, RSVP with No and put waitlist on the message. Often there will be spots open the day of the event. So, check back and see if you can get in.

If you RSVP Yes and miss events, you may be placed on a permanent waitlist and you may not be able to attend future events (written by Debbie Downer).
