- Introduction
- I love food, and any atmosphere, and learning about cuisines, geography and cultural significance is really the best. Some discussion about religious, geographic and regional significance would be good, but we dont want John to work too hard!
- Are there any nights during the week that is good/bad for you for an event?

Later in the week I guess is better... I'm very busy, so it will be hit and miss with me. I'll try and come out when I can... I hope it's okay if I only come out occasionally!
- Any particular ethnic cuisine you like to try out?

I'd like to learn more about speific regions within a cuisine type. One example, Indian -- there are so many regions and so many differences based on religion, geography; but until we realize what we're doing, it all seems like yummy curry!
