Meeting Description: It's often said that the Devil has the best music - now he can also claim to have the best Southern and Creole restaurant in Edinburgh. The Devil's Kitchen at The Voodoo Rooms has latched on to the old New Orleans adage of "let the good times roll" with both hands, and it's reflected in the fiery menu, sexy surrounds and superb cocktails. Using local produce to a devastating effect, dishes such as authentic New Orleans seafood gumbo, slow cooked ribs and marinated crocodile offers a one-way ticket to spicy Southern bliss. If you're still feeling a bit sinister, don't miss the spicy voodoo dolls for pud - cake-shaped dolls you can stab with a caramel spear.

Chef Dario Pacifici has a bit of a celebrity following, and has created devilish delights for stars at the MTV awards after party, Hugh Grant, U2 and Billy Joel.
