Great cheese bar at the corner of 7th Ave. and 52! This place is very small and they take NO reservations, so I am limiting the rsvp number. They told me that Mondays and Tuesdays are generally slower, so chances are, even if you can't rsvp, you may get in anyhow.
They are still fairly new, so they don't have much on their website yet. http://www.casellula....
They have a cheese menu full of oddball items even I had never heard of. Let's be adventuresome! Their menu changes fairly often. Closer to the date, I'll make up an agenda of cheeses to try and a hand-out.
