 he owners of this restaurant are from Xi'An in Northeastern China - home of
  the famed Teracotta Army.  Northeastern Chinese food tends to be on the sp
 icy side.  The Muslim presence in that area of the country means there is a
  lot of mutton.  This particular restaurant specializes in snacks or street
  food.  It is a small restaurant in the basement with sparse decor\, but th
 e food is always tasty.\n\nAs this is a small restaurant\, I am limiting th
 e attendance to six.  Please do not RSVP yes if you are not 100% committed 
 to coming.  Hopefully by March we will not run into bad weather delays or u
 nforseen restaurant closings\, but just in case\, check your e-mail for cha
