An Educational Walk Through Whole Foods
If you are confused when you read labels at the market you should definitely make it to this event.
Desiree, the Grocery buyer for Whole Foods will be walking us through the store and teaching us the proper way to read labels and pick grocery items.
We will begin with a light snack (1st shopping tip - never shop hungry) and then continue with the education. There might even be some surprises in store. Read more
