- Hello! My husband and I moved to Providence in August 2007 and would love to meet new people. We look forward to trying new restaurants and making some new friends!

- Are you new to the area? If so, where did you come from and (if you are willing to share)what prompted your move? If you aren't new, what is your favorite thing about RI or New England?

Yes we are new to Rhode Island. My husband moved here from Nebraska (originally born in Providence and grew up in New York) and I moved here from Buffalo NY (originally from Nebraska). We moved here because my husband got a job in Providence.
- What's your favorite type of food and why? What restaurants do you enjoy that serve your favorite food?

American, Italian, and Mexican are our favorite types of food. We haven't really tried too many restaurants that aren't chains, so we are really looking forward to this group. I have eaten at Cuban Revolution downtown, and really enjoyed it.
- What is your favorite hobby? Why do you enjoy it?

I like to knit, scrapbook, watch movies, shop, spend time with my husband. I like to pretend that I am creative and do arts and crafts types of things. I also like to spend time with my family.
