With a menu inspired by the overlapping culinary traditions of Chef Larry Tse's heritage, this frequently packed restaurant puts an innovative twist on the fusion concept. In a dining room with blond wood tables, a slate floor and moss-colored walls punctuated by unobtrusive modern art prints, patrons delight in the carefully assembled wine list and sup on entrees like flatiron steak atop warm wasabi noodles and chicken breast with roasted Portobello mushrooms drizzled in white truffle oil sauce.
