Some people suggested a Korean restaurant event at this week's dinner. I mentioned that it's best to go with a person who knows Korean food, so I basically volunteered myself to organize. (Yes, I am of Korean descent.)
If you haven't been to Seoul Garden, it's located in Japantown which should be accessible for most people in SF by bus or, if you prefer to drive, there is reasonable parking in the Japan Center parking lot on Geary (I think $5-6). I will reserve tables that have grills as the event comes closer, so please RSVP so I can get an accurate head count. Here's a link with some nice photos of the restaurant.
As a bonus I will suggest 2-3 dishes that people have not tried and so even if you've had Korean before, please do sign up.
