Hope to meet other culinary enthusiasts!
What is your favorite type of cuisine? Favorite type of wine? Favorite place to travel? Favorite activity or adventure?

Northern Italian is our favorite cuisine. We enjoy preparing many of Marcella Hazan's recipes. I prefer a heavy, dry Cabernet. We enjoy scuba diving in the south Pacific, specifically Fiji. Visiting wine country is a favorite pastime also.
