Hey Everyone! I am very excited about our next tremendous location we will visit. I have eaten there myself multiple times now and have always left there with a smile.

FCO is the only Neapolitan pizzeria in Idaho to be certified by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association, and one of only 20 restaurants in the United States to carry the esteemed VPN certification. Central to their theme is the 900 degree wood-fired "community" oven. Taking advantage of the intense heat allows them create a varied menu with a focus on culinary quality that seals in the vivid flavors.

Robert, the Owner, has agreed to reserve the patio for our unique group and has expressed how interested he is in meeting many of the foodies in the group! The patio is a tremendous setting for a fun filled evening of Fun, Food, and Friendmaking!!! You know, just how we like it!

Robert has also agreed to accomodate us in a way that will allow us to have 25 people attend. The price will be $15 per person for an array of different items from their menu. This will include the food, tax, and tip on the food. Drinks will be served by their amazing service staff and the tips are not included in the menu pricing of the drinks. So please show your respect as you always do in supporting the staffs tremendous efforts when you see fit........

We will have the patio reserved from 5-7 pm and will then we have another great place to attend right after this event.

This is a special Boise Dining Out due to a special friend and Chef from Orange County visiting. Chef Donald Lockhart formerly of the Four Seasons is in town and my friend Chef Johnny Valero and I wanted to show him a great meal in Boise.

This is a last minute event and I am looking forward to filling the seats quickly for tomorrow evening. We will have the top floor of the restaurant to ourselves if we can fill the seats and It will be a great time had by all.

Cool Hand Luke's operates it's own meat cutting and processing plant along with their own food service distribution center. So, the exceptional quality of the food can only be blamed on them and them alone! Ha Ha!!

HERE IS THE KICKER! The location is in the heart of downtown Boise and is a very busy place on the weekends. The banquet section of the location will only seat 50 people so we are going to have to limit the reserved seating to that number and see how fast we can fill these spaces!

The menu is a great value and the portions are very generous. I have personally experienced a great evening out here on my Birthday and loved every bite! The Owner, Robbie, will be putting together a special menu for us with about 6 different entrees to choose from and the prices ranges from $13-23 dollars ranging from chicken to prime rib. I will email that menu out as soon as I have it.

So, kick up your heels and hitch your cart to this wagon as soon as you can as the seats will fill up fast!!! Yeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

We now have a location for our next night out of Food, Fun, and Friendmaking!! Robert, the owner of Barbacoa, has welcomed us with open arms to come experience an amazing evening. Barbacoa is more than a restaurant. Designed by Thompson Interiors, it's a museum, an art gallery, and a promise to all of your senses that they will be touched and stimulated.

BARBACOA. The name itself sounds like a celebration. Barbacoa's open-fire grilling process and culinary delights are a tribute to the ranchers and cowboys of the Pacific Northwest.

We will be served hand passed appetizer style by this tremendous staff and the cost for the evening will be as follows:

We felt this would be the best way to keep the costs at an acceptable price and encourage the best participation for the evening. For those of you that have not experienced Barbacoa yet, this will be an amazing way to come try one of Boise's Gems!

There will be a DJ to entertain us for the evening and we will have a reserved area that includes the balcony awaiting our group! I am motivated to make this the biggest evening yet so I hope that all of you will help me in inviting all of your closest friends!

Ok Everyone, HERE WE GO! I am updating the information for the event. We have about 70-80 people who have confirmed they are coming and it will be a great full house. I have about 20 friends not on meetup that will be attending. It is going to be GREAT! So many interesting and classy people are planning to attend.

What an exciting night we have planned! Winestyles is the newest and best wine shop opened in Boise owned by my good friends, Grant & Micki Hibbs! They are eager to help us have an exciting evening of FUN, FOOD, and FRIENDMAKING!

They have scheduled one of Boise greatest Musicians for us named Douglas Cameron. He is nationally recognized and a favorite around town. I have put the link to his site below:

FOOD FOR THE EVENING:

We are catering in the food with a great local caterer and he is providing us with an array of dishes that will satisfy everyone. We will be serving ourselves in a buffet style and the cost for the food will be $10, all you wish to eat.

DRINKS FOR THE EVENING:

The wine and beer will be served both by the glass or you can buy the bottle as well.
Wine - $5 per glass - tickets will be purchased at register for glasses
10% off of bottle prices - we will be purchasing at discounted wine club prices.

Beer - $3 per bottle - tickets will be purchsed at register for bottle of beer

TRANSPORTATION FOR THE EVENING:

I was planning on having the Party Bus for the evening. However, I have decided to wait until the next event due to late scheduling conflicts with the bus and that I want to have a PARTY BUS tour for our next event that we will be stopping at 3-4 places around town and use the bus to take us to each of them.

SO, I am going to have large taxis available to pick whoever is interested in taking a taxi out to the event from downtown available to pick us up from downtown at 5:45 - 6:00 pm on Friday from a downtown location that is central for whoever is interested in using and splitting the cost on these taxis to the event. This should keep the costs very low. A taxi from downtown is only about $20 and I will have the large bus taxis that will seat many people so the costs can be split.

I WILL ALSO HAVE THEM AVAILABLE FOR RETURN TO DOWNTOWN WHENEVER YOU LIKE FROM THE EVENT. We can certainly group up on the trip back to town as well to keep costs down to a minimum.
