As of March 2013, Splurge will be primarily a dining out meetup group, focusing on "upper end" restaurants in the Denver area.  "Splurge" will offer periodic opportunities to those who want to eat at fancy restaurants to do so, but don't usually get the chance. A Social Eating club for people that love Gourmet Food.   It's a good excuse to checkout all the fine dining Denver has to offer.  Every few months, a new place to discover. I was once a Food Snob and now just a Food Lover. I would like to checkout the most Notable High End Gourmet Restaurants in and around Denver. The restaurants will be pricey but well worth it. It's nice to meet friends that actively seek good food and love every minute of it.

The idea of the group is to offer a diversity of events.  We've had happy hours, dinners, walking tours, movies at Red Rocks, standup comedy, and film and conversation outings in the past.  We plan to do much of the same, but also try some new events in the future.
